Toshiba TCKE9 4A eFuse ICs are Single Input-Single Output (SISO) IC with 23V high input voltage and 34mΩ switch on resistance. These ICs includes protection features like adjustable over-current limit, short circuit protection, over-voltage clamp, adjustable slew rate control, and adjustable under-voltage protection. The TCKE9 eFuse ICs are suitable for protecting the power supply circuit of the USB VBUS line, storage power supply circuit, and battery charging application. These ICs are available in 0.5mm pitch WSON8 package (2mm x 2mm x 0.8mm). Typical applications include consumer equipment, servers, IoT equipment, storage, and general-purpose power supply.
