onsemi N24C008 8Kb I2C CMOS Serial EEPROM is internally organized as 1,024 words of 8 bits each. These devices feature a 16−byte page write buffer and support the Standard (100kHz), Fast (400kHz), and Fast−Plus (1MHz) I2C protocols. The devices also feature a 128−bit factory−set read−only unique ID, software write protection of the entire array, and a 16−byte secure data page that can be permanently locked against future changes. A device configuration register enables the user to specify the last 1 bit of the device address, allowing up to two onsemi N24C008 devices to be addressed on the same bus.
