MSPM0L130x Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCU

Texas Instruments' microcontroller (MCU) features integrated 2 KB SRAM, a 12-bit ADC, a comparator, and an op amp

Texas Instruments' MSPM0L130x MCUs are part of MSP’s highly-integrated, ultra-low-power 32-bit MSPM0 MCU family that is based on the enhanced Arm Cortex-M0+ core platform and operating at a frequency of up to 32 MHz. These cost-optimized MCUs offer high-performance analog peripheral integration, support an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and operating supply voltages ranging from 1.62 V to 3.6 V.

The low-power MCUs consist of devices with varying degrees of analog and digital integration, allowing users to find the MCU that meets their project’s needs. The architecture is combined with extensive low-power modes that are optimized to achieve extended battery life in portable measurement applications.
